What are the payment options?

Currently we accept only Cash or E-transfer.

Payment is made upon pickup.
We do provide delivery for large orders within the London, Middlesex area.
E-transfers should be sent to truenorthmushrooms@gmail.com

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept the return of fresh mushrooms.
We do believe in 100% satisfaction and will replace any mushrooms you feel are not up to par.
If you have a DIY grow kit from us that does not satisfy we will replace it for free or offer you a refund.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not currently offer gift cards but we do intend to offer them in the future.
